The limits a bio has to live inside

One link: A standard profile gets one clickable link. Everything else is plain text, however it is written.
Line breaks: They work, but count toward the 150. Four short lines is usually the most that reads well.

Your name field: Separate from the bio and searchable, so it is worth putting what you do there rather than repeating your handle.
