Square Pin: 1000 × 1000 px. The safe choice where a tall Pin would be cropped.
Video length: Pinterest accepts four seconds to fifteen minutes. Most Pins that travel are far shorter.
Video file types: .mp4, .mov and .m4v. Pinterest re-encodes on upload, so what you download here is its copy, not the original.
